The chicken meal comes with rice, french fries, and coleslaw. For me, rice and french fries really do not go well together because it is like having carb-overload but I think Sunburst does this because other people like fries. The coleslaw didn't look too appetizing but Geus finished it so I assume that it tasted good. The french fries though were a little soggy.
The Fried Chicken Liver and Gizzard was made of, well, liver and gizzard cut in little pieces, dipped in flour and deep fried. It's good but it could've used a good sauce (they just served it with vinegar) and I do not think it really goes well with potato chips.
And speaking of sauce, whenever I eat in Sunburst, I make sure that I make my own version of "Sunburst Chicken Sauce". It's easy to make. Put one tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce, two tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup, and one teaspoon of hot sauce (it depends on how hot you want your sauce to be, I want mine just right) on the saucer and mix them all together until it becomes one brown gooey sauce. Try it! I'm sure you'll like it too.
